About the event
Who gets to be the hero of the story? And why does representation matter?
Join First Noble x CTD Movement for an inspiring afternoon exploring the power of female representation in music, gaming, comics, cosplay and storytelling.
For too long, female voices, identities and perspectives have been underrepresented in the stories we consume. But what happens when we take ownership of our narratives and start creating the worlds we wish to see?
During Female Fantastic, we explore these questions through conversation, creativity and immersive storytelling.
Inspired by Afrofuturism, Afro-Caribbean folklore and the need for more diverse female heroes, the event brings together different creative disciplines to celebrate representation and the power of imagination.
